About Me

Dayna Fulkerson

Dayna really fell in love with personal training after completing Cabrillo College 6 week Wellness Challenge. In this program Dayna was assigned a person who had a serious weight loss goal and it was Fulkerson's job to meet twice a week with her and see how close she could take this client to her goals and aspirations. The six week program was a huge success for both Dayna and her client, the client looked and felt healthier and more fit than ever before and Dayna got a taste of how powerful eating right, being active and most of all a winning attitude can transform lives both mentally and physically.

It’s not about how you look (even though you look better than ever) it’s about how you feel. Dayna was certain her life’s calling is being the best personal trainer she could be and took her new career and passion to the next level.

After Dayna completed the National Academy of Sports and Medicine certification, and obtained hands on experience both in the gym and concluded educational programs like Cabrillo College, she was unstoppable. Her clients fell in love with her and her popularity rose to a level that management at Santa Cruz Power Fitness could not ignore.
